  • In-Person Visits:  If you visit our office in Carlsbad, California, we may collect your name, email address, photograph, your time of entry, and the name of the person you are visiting.  We collect this information for security purposes.
  • When You Contact Us:  When you contact us by phone, email, social media, or otherwise, we or our service providers, may collect names, user names, phone numbers, email addresses, titles, organization names, addresses, and any other information you provide as part of your communication or inquiry.  We collect this information to address your questions, comments, and concerns and to grow and foster our relationship with you and/or your organization.
  • Service Providers:  You or your healthcare provider or caregiver may share your personal and health-related information with our service providers for assistance with medical and drug inquiries, filling a patient’s prescription, for a patient to receive free drugs through our Patient Assistance Program, and to escalate other issues.  

We also collect and maintain personal information for internal business and marketing purposes, to improve our Services, to conduct audits, for fraud and security monitoring purposes, and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Children

Our Websites are not directed at or intended for children under the age of 13. We also do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Only adults 18 years or older, or children at least 13 years of age with permission from their parent or guardian, are permitted to use and engage the services offered on our Websites. WHETHER WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
